Pine Wood Derby

Bryson's first Pine Wood Derby was a success!  Competing against 22 cub scouts, he took 8th place.  His car wasn't much to look at - Shawn was away, and I was in charge of the weight situation.  He won the award for the funniest racer.  It was (and probably always will be) fitting.  When I asked him why he smeared graphite all over his face, he said that he wanted to look like a real mechanic.................I honestly wonder about that boy. :)  We are proud of him though!  Go Bryson!!!
